Children entering Georgia
Public Schools for the first time must present proof of immunization
against measles, mumps, rubella, polio, whooping cough, diptheria,
and tetanus, as well as proof of eye, ear and dental exams. Students
who were enrolled previously should present their last report
card and/or transcript.
